Instructions
Prep and Mix Sauce
Slice beef thinly against the grain and toss with half the soy sauce and cornstarch. In a separate bowl mix remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to make the stir fry sauce.
Cook the Broccoli
Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat with a splash of oil. Add broccoli and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until bright green and just tender crisp. Remove and set aside.
Sear the Beef
Add a little more oil to the hot pan and add beef in a single layer. Cook for 1 minute without touching then toss and cook another minute until browned but still slightly pink in the center.
Combine with Sauce
Return broccoli to the pan and pour the sauce over everything. Toss to combine and cook for 1 minute until sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli. Serve over steamed rice.
