Melt the Butter
Melt the butter in a medium skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add the thawed corn kernels and a pinch of salt and stir to combine. Cook for 3 minutes until the corn is heated through.
Add the Cream Cheese
Add the cubed cream cheese to the corn and stir continuously as it melts. The mixture will look lumpy at first but will come together into a smooth and creamy sauce after about 5 minutes of stirring.
Season and Serve
