Beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer or stand mixer until completely smooth with no lumps. Add the Nutella and continue mixing until fully combined into a uniform creamy mixture. Place the bowl in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until the mixture is firm enough to scoop and roll.
Roll the Truffles
Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the chilled Nutella mixture and roll each portion between your palms into a smooth ball.
