Puree the Strawberries
Place the hulled and sliced strawberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. For a bit of texture, mash them by hand with a fork leaving some small chunks. Stir the strawberry puree into the sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and set aside.
Whip the Cream and Combine
In a separate chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with a hand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3 to 4 minutes. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry condensed milk mixture in three additions using a rubber spatula, keeping the mixture as light and airy as possible.
Freeze Until Solid
Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula. Press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface to prevent ice crystals from forming. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely solid before scooping and serving.
