Place cooked rice, whole milk, sugar, and cinnamon into a large microwave-safe bowl or mug and stir everything together until well combined.
First Microwave Interval
Microwave on high for 90 seconds then stir the mixture thoroughly to help the starch release from the rice and thicken the pudding.
Second Microwave Interval
Microwave for another 90 seconds stirring halfway through until the pudding has thickened to a creamy porridge-like consistency that coats the back of a spoon.
