Instructions
Blend the Strawberries
Hull and wash the fresh strawberries and add them to a blender with 2 cups of water. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and beautifully pink, about 45 seconds.
Strain into a Pitcher
Pour the blended strawberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing gently to extract the maximum amount of bright pink juice. Discard the seeds and pulp.
Season and Serve
Add the remaining cold water, fresh lime juice, sugar, and salt to the pitcher and stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Taste and adjust sweetness, then serve over ice with fresh strawberry slices as garnish.
