Blend the Strawberries
Add hulled strawberries, lime juice, and 2 cups of cold water to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and the mixture turns a vivid pink color.
Strain the Mixture
Pour blended strawberries through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing gently to extract all the juice while leaving seeds and pulp behind.
Add Water and Sweeten
Stir in the remaining cold water, sugar, and salt. Mix until the sugar dissolves completely. Taste and add more sugar or lime juice to balance the flavors.
Serve Immediately
