Instructions
Prepare and Blend the Cantaloupe
Remove the seeds and rind from the cantaloupe and cut into chunks. Add the cantaloupe to a blender with one cup of water and blend on high until completely smooth.
Strain into a Pitcher
Pour the blended cantaloupe through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing gently to extract maximum juice. Discard the fibrous pulp.
Mix and Serve
