Instructions
Preheat and Make Filling
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and microwave for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
Cut and Fill Pastry
Cut the thawed puff pastry sheet into 4 equal squares. Place a spoonful of the apple filling in the center of each square. Fold the pastry diagonally over the filling to form a triangle and press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
Bake Until Golden
