Prep the Sauce and Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and sesame oil to create the stir fry sauce. Clean and separate the mushrooms, tearing any large pieces into bite-sized strips.
Heat the Wok
Heat a wok or large skillet over the highest heat possible until it just begins to smoke. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the surface of the wok.
Stir Fry Aromatics and Mushrooms
