Preheat and prepare
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 4 cups of a muffin tin generously with non-stick cooking spray.
Form the ham cups
Press one slice of ham into each prepared muffin cup, pressing it against the sides to form a cup shape that will hold the egg.
Add eggs and cheese
Carefully crack one egg into each ham cup. Season with salt and pepper and top each with a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake and serve
