Preheat and Prep
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash and Mix
Mash bananas thoroughly in a large bowl then stir in oats, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
Add Chocolate Chips and Scoop
Fold in mini chocolate chips then scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake and Cool
