Bear Pancakes

Instructions
Mix the Batter
Combine pancake mix milk and eggs in a large bowl and stir until just combined. A few lumps are fine and will result in fluffier pancakes. Let batter rest for 2 minutes.
Cook the Bear Shapes
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour a large circle of batter for the face then add two small circles at the top for ears. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
Flip and Finish
Flip each bear pancake gently and cook the other side until golden brown. Remove from heat and repeat with remaining batter making 4 bear faces total.
Decorate the Bears
Place two chocolate chips for eyes two blueberries for nostrils and a strawberry half for the smiling mouth on each bear face. Serve with maple syrup on the side.
