Instructions
Blend the Sorbet Base
Add the frozen berries maple syrup lemon juice and water to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend on high until completely smooth scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and Adjust
Taste the sorbet base and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup or brightness with more lemon juice as desired.
Transfer and Freeze
Pour the blended mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container. Spread evenly with a spatula and cover tightly with plastic wrap or a lid.
Freeze and Stir
Freeze for 4 hours. Every hour stir the mixture vigorously with a fork to break up ice crystals for a smoother texture.
Scoop and Serve
Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls or cones and serve immediately.
