Instructions
Brew the Blackcurrant Tea
Place both blackcurrant tea bags in a heatproof pitcher and pour boiling water over them. Steep for 5 minutes until the brew is very dark and richly colored, then remove the bags and allow the tea to cool completely.
Mix in Jam and Lemon
Stir the blackcurrant jam or cordial into the warm tea until fully dissolved and evenly distributed. Once cooled, add the fresh lemon juice and stir again to balance the sweetness with the bright citrus tang.
Serve Over Ice
