Layer the Blender
Add the juice to the blender first, followed by the Greek yogurt and honey. Adding liquid first protects the blender blade and helps everything blend more smoothly.
Add the Fruit
Add the banana broken into chunks and then add the frozen mixed berries on top. Frozen fruit on top helps weigh down the other ingredients toward the blade.
Blend Until Smooth
Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth. If the smoothie is too thick add a splash more juice and blend for another 10 seconds.
