Toast the Pecans

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add pecans in a single layer. Toast for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until they become fragrant. Remove pecans and set aside.

Make the Candy Glaze

Add butter and sugar to the same skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly until butter melts and sugar dissolves and begins to turn golden and caramelized, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Coat and Cool

Return pecans to the skillet and stir quickly to coat every pecan in the glaze. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt then immediately spread on parchment paper and allow to cool for 3 minutes.
