Instructions
Fry the Milanesa
Season the breaded beef milanesa with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry each piece for 3 to 4 minutes per side until deep golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Prepare the Toppings
Slice the avocado and season lightly with salt and lime juice. Pull the Oaxacan cheese into thin strings. Slice the chipotle peppers in half and have fresh papalo or cilantro leaves ready to go.
Toast the Buns
