Cheesy Quesadillas with Salsa

Instructions
Heat the Pan
Place a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add half a teaspoon of butter letting it melt and coat the bottom of the pan evenly.
Build the Quesadilla
Place one tortilla flat in the skillet and sprinkle half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the entire surface. Fold the tortilla in half over the cheese.
Cook Until Golden
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy. Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Slice and Serve
Slide the quesadilla onto a cutting board and let it rest for 1 minute. Cut into triangles using a pizza cutter and serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
