Chicken Teriyaki Bowl

Instructions
Make the Teriyaki Sauce
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a small bowl until completely smooth and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken thighs for 6 to 7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Add Sauce and Broccoli
Return chicken to the pan, pour the sauce over the top, and add broccoli. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes stirring until the sauce thickens and broccoli is tender.
Assemble the Bowls
Spoon cooked jasmine rice into bowls and top with the saucy teriyaki chicken and broccoli. Serve warm and watch the kids dig in.
