Melt the Chocolate
Combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals at 50 percent power, stirring between each interval until completely smooth and glossy.
Pour onto Parchment
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer about a quarter inch thick.
Add Toppings
