Instructions
Sear Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Build Sauce
In the same pan saute garlic for 30 seconds then add heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Whisk together and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve
