Creative PB and J Pinwheels

Spread the Base
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in an even layer all the way to the edges of the tortilla.
Add the Jelly
Spoon about 1.5 tablespoons of jelly on top of the peanut butter and spread gently. If using banana place a single layer of slices across the center.
Roll Tightly
Roll the tortilla as tightly as possible from one end to the other pressing gently to keep the shape. If needed wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5 minutes to firm up.
Slice and Serve
Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1 inch rounds creating pinwheels. Arrange on a plate and serve immediately or pack into a lunchbox.
