Instructions
Press and marinate the tofu
Press the tofu block firmly for at least 15 minutes to remove as much moisture as possible. Cut it into 1-inch cubes and toss them in soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
Coat in cornstarch
