Crispy Potato Chips Microwave

Slice and Season
Thinly slice potato to about 1mm thickness using a mandoline or sharp knife. Toss slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
Arrange on Plate
Lay potato slices in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate lined with parchment paper. Do not overlap slices or they will steam instead of crisp.
Microwave Until Crisp
Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, checking every 60 seconds. Chips are done when edges curl and turn golden. They will crisp further as they cool.
