Instructions
Press and Cube Tofu
Press tofu for 5 minutes using paper towels and a heavy pan then cut into 1 inch cubes. Dry tofu ensures maximum crispiness when cooked.
Pan Fry Tofu
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook undisturbed for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Add Glaze
Mix soy sauce honey and garlic together then pour over crispy tofu. Toss gently and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce caramelizes and coats each piece.
