Rinse quinoa under cold water then cook in 2 cups of water over medium heat for 15 minutes until fluffy. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

Press tofu firmly for at least 5 minutes using paper towels then cube into 1 inch pieces. Toss with soy sauce sesame oil and nutritional yeast until well coated.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and cook tofu pieces for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden and crispy on all edges. Do not move them too early or they will not crisp properly.
