Place one teaspoon of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges firmly to seal creating a half moon shape.

Place dumplings in a bamboo steamer lined with parchment paper. Steam over boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes until the pork is fully cooked through.
