Prepare the Base
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour melted dark chocolate onto the sheet and spread into an even rectangle approximately 30 by 20 centimeters using a spatula. Work quickly before the chocolate begins to set.
Add the Dubai Layer
Combine toasted kunafa with pistachio cream and mix well. Dollop spoonfuls of this mixture across the dark chocolate base and press lightly so it adheres. Spread as evenly as possible while leaving some rustic unevenness for texture.
Decorate the Top

Set and Break
