Instructions
Steep the Earl Grey
Place both Earl Grey tea bags in a heatproof pitcher and pour boiling water over them. Steep for exactly 4 minutes then remove the bags without squeezing them to avoid bitterness, and allow the tea to cool completely.
Sweeten with Honey
While the tea is still slightly warm, add honey and stir vigorously until it is fully dissolved. Allow the sweetened tea to cool completely in the refrigerator before assembling the drinks.
Assemble and Serve
Fill two tall glasses generously with ice cubes and squeeze fresh lemon juice directly over the ice. Pour the cooled sweetened Earl Grey tea over the lemon juice and stir gently, then garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh lavender.
