Instructions
Mix the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the elderflower cordial, fresh lemon juice, and honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved in the liquid.
Add Water
Pour in the cold still water and stir again to combine all ingredients evenly. Taste and adjust the amount of elderflower cordial or lemon juice to your preference.
Add Sparkling Water and Serve
Just before serving, gently pour in the cold sparkling water and stir lightly to preserve the bubbles. Pour over ice-filled glasses and garnish with lemon slices and edible flowers if available.
