Instructions
Prepare the Cucumbers
Cut cucumbers into half inch thick rounds. Use a small fish shaped cookie cutter to press through each round, creating fish shaped cucumber pieces. Pat each piece dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Make the Tuna Filling
In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dried dill. Stir together until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Season with a pinch of salt if desired.
Top the Fish Shapes
Place a small teaspoon of tuna mixture onto the center of each fish shaped cucumber piece. Use the back of a spoon to spread it gently without going over the edges.
