Instructions
Cook the Tortellini
Cook tortellini according to package directions until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Reserve a quarter cup of pasta water before draining.
Make Garlic Butter
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
Toss and Coat
Add drained tortellini to the skillet with a splash of pasta water. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Finish and Serve
Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve immediately with extra parmesan on the side.
