Prep the Wings
Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. Toss them with baking powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until evenly coated. Drying the wings is essential for achieving a crispy skin.
Bake the Wings
Arrange wings in a single layer on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees F for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
