Instructions
Juice the Ginger
Run the peeled ginger through a juicer to extract the concentrated juice. If you do not have a juicer blend the ginger with the filtered water and strain it through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to extract the liquid.
Combine All Ingredients
In a small bowl or glass whisk together the fresh ginger juice lemon juice apple cider vinegar cayenne pepper and raw honey until the honey is fully dissolved. Taste and adjust the cayenne to your heat tolerance.
Divide into Shot Glasses
Pour the mixture evenly into 4 small shot glasses or a small glass jar if you plan to refrigerate and consume over multiple days. Each serving is approximately 2 ounces.
Take the Shot
