
Gozleme
Gozleme is a wonderful Turkish stuffed flatbread that kids absolutely love eating for breakfast lunch or as an after-school snack. This kid friendly recipe is quick and easy to make on a stovetop and can be filled with anything kids enjoy.
Thin Turkish flatbread stuffed with cheese and spinach cooked until golden.

Instructions
Make the Flatbread Dough
Mix flour salt and enough warm water to form a soft smooth dough then knead for 3 minutes and divide into 4 equal balls letting them rest for 10 minutes covered.
Prepare the Filling
Combine crumbled feta cheese with chopped baby spinach and mix well then season with a small pinch of black pepper.
Roll and Fill
Roll each dough ball into a very thin circle then spread cheese and spinach filling over one half and fold the other half over pressing edges firmly to seal.
Cook Until Golden
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook each gozleme for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy then serve hot cut into triangles.
