Instructions
Add Liquids First
Pour the coconut water and almond milk into the blender first to help the blades move freely.
Add Greens
Add the baby spinach and ginger to the blender and blend until the greens are completely smooth with no visible flecks.
Add Frozen Fruit
Add the frozen banana and frozen mango chunks to the blender and blend on high for 60 seconds until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
Add Seeds and Blend
