Instructions
Brew the Green Tea
Heat water to approximately 75 degrees Celsius and steep the sencha green tea for exactly 2 minutes. Remove the tea leaves promptly and allow the brewed tea to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
Prepare the Limeade Base
Squeeze fresh limes to yield about 80 milliliters of juice, removing any seeds. Combine the lime juice with simple syrup in a small pitcher and stir until well blended.
Combine and Serve
Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes and pour equal amounts of the limeade base into each glass. Top each glass with the cooled green tea, stir gently, and garnish with lime slices on the rim.
