Hibiscus Limeade
This vibrant hibiscus limeade uses dried hibiscus flowers to create a deep ruby-red tea that is combined with tart fresh lime juice for a stunning and antioxidant-rich summer drink. This herbal limeade is naturally caffeine-free and is inspired by the popular Mexican agua de jamaica.

Instructions
Brew Hibiscus Tea
Place dried hibiscus flowers in a large heatproof pitcher or pot and pour 4 cups of boiling water over them. Stir in the sugar until dissolved, then allow the flowers to steep for 15 minutes.
Strain and Cool
Strain the hibiscus tea through a fine mesh sieve, discarding the spent flowers. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature or speed up the process by placing it in the refrigerator.
Add Lime and Water
Once the hibiscus tea is cooled, stir in the fresh lime juice and 1 cup of cold water. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
Serve Over Ice
Pour the vibrant ruby-red limeade over ice-filled glasses and garnish with a lime wheel and a few dried hibiscus flowers. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
