Crisp the Tortillas
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry each tortilla for 30 seconds per side until lightly crispy. Set aside on a plate.
Warm the Beans
Add the black beans to the same skillet with a splash of water and heat for 2 minutes, then season with salt and set aside.
