Korean Honey Soy Salmon Bites
These bite-sized pieces of salmon glazed in a sweet honey soy marinade are inspired by the bold but approachable flavors of Korean cuisine. Kids love the sticky sweet coating and the fact that it is cut into fun little pieces that are easy to eat with chopsticks or a fork.

Instructions
Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the salmon fillet into 1.5 inch bite-sized cubes and place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Make and Apply the Marinade
In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Spoon or brush the marinade generously over each salmon piece making sure all sides are well coated.
Bake the Salmon Bites
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Do not overbake as salmon dries out quickly.
Garnish and Serve
Remove the salmon bites from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top immediately. Serve over steamed white rice or with steamed broccoli on the side for a complete meal.
