Instructions
Whisk the Matcha
Sift matcha powder into a small bowl and add hot water that is around 80 degrees Celsius. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and slightly frothy with no lumps.
Mix the Lemonade Base
In a large pitcher combine fresh lemon juice, cold water, and simple syrup. Stir well until the syrup is fully incorporated into the lemon mixture.
Assemble and Serve
