Prepare the Vegetables
Dice the cucumber halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the kalamata olives. Have all fillings ready at your station before assembling.
Spread the Hummus
Lay each tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of hummus across the entire surface leaving a small border around the edges for rolling.
Add the Fillings
Layer cucumber tomatoes feta cheese and kalamata olives evenly over the hummus on each tortilla.
Roll and Serve
