Prepare the Plate
Place two layers of paper towels flat on a microwave-safe plate. The paper towels will absorb the grease as the bacon cooks.
Arrange the Bacon
Lay the bacon strips in a single layer on the paper towels, making sure they do not overlap for even cooking.
Cover and Microwave
Place two more paper towel sheets on top of the bacon to prevent splatter. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes depending on desired crispiness and bacon thickness.
Check and Rest
