Melt the Butter
Place butter in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds until fully melted. Use a large bowl as the mixture will bubble up significantly.
Add Sugar and Cream
Add brown sugar and heavy cream to the melted butter and whisk together until the sugar is mostly dissolved and the mixture is uniform.
