Combine Ingredients
Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter into a large microwave-safe bowl and stir them together briefly before microwaving.
Microwave and Stir
Microwave on high for 90 seconds then stir well. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals stirring between each until completely smooth and glossy.
Add Vanilla and Pour
Stir in vanilla extract then immediately pour the fudge mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Set the Fudge
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours until firm before cutting into 16 squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
