Microwave Covered
Arrange wedges in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate and cover loosely with a damp paper towel. Microwave on high for 4 minutes until nearly cooked through.
Finish Uncovered
Remove paper towel and microwave uncovered for 1 final minute to allow excess moisture to escape and the outside to firm slightly before serving.
