Place in Bowl
Pour the frozen edamame pods directly into a microwave-safe bowl and add 2 tablespoons of water.
Cover and Microwave
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a microwave-safe lid and microwave on high for 4 minutes until the pods are heated through and steaming.
Drain and Season
Carefully remove the cover and drain any excess water. Toss the edamame pods immediately with sea salt and garlic powder.
