Instructions
Soften Cream Cheese
Place cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 45 seconds until very soft and easy to stir.
Mix in Vegetables
Squeeze all excess water from the thawed spinach then add it along with the chopped artichoke hearts and garlic powder to the cream cheese and stir well.
Add Cheese and Microwave
Stir in the mozzarella and parmesan, then microwave the entire mixture on high for 3 minutes, stirring once at the 90-second mark.
Finish and Serve
