Make Cream Filling
Beat softened cream cheese powdered sugar and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth creamy and fluffy. Transfer to a piping bag or zip-lock bag with the corner snipped.
Fill the Shells
Pipe or spoon a generous amount of cream cheese filling into each pre-baked phyllo shell filling them about three-quarters full.
Top with Fruit
Arrange fresh berries on top of the cream filling in each tart pressing gently so they sit securely. Dust lightly with extra powdered sugar before serving.
